All in-person and online personal training requires a minimum 8-week commitment. This ensures enough time to see real progress and results.

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled for a later date. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the client does not attend, the session will be charged in full. Please note that all sessions are non-refundable.

Yes! We offer both Premium Online Coaching (weekly Zoom calls + full support) and Standard Online Coaching(messaging support only). Both include a customized training plan and access to the training app with exercise demos.

No problem! Programs are tailored to your fitness level, goals, and experience. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, training will be designed for you.

For in-person clients, sessions take place at Plus Fitness Carrara and make use of the gym equipment provided. For online clients, programs are designed around whatever equipment is available to you—whether that’s a full gym setup, some basic home equipment, or simply bodyweight exercises.

Payment for personal training is made on a weekly basis rather than upfront; however, all clients are required to commit to a minimum of 8 weeks of training. By signing up, you agree to complete and pay for the full 8-week program, regardless of missed sessions or early withdrawal.
